Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced PMO professional in the United States to lead executive dashboards and governance for the dental portfolio.

You will develop value delivery frameworks, align with business and tech leaders, and drive continuous improvement using Waterfall and Agile methods. Proficiency in Power BI and tools like Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, and Confluence is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO environment.
• Strong experience with data analysis and visualization, preferably using Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience integrating Power BI with Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, or Confluence preferred.
• Experience with portfolio-level reporting and governance frameworks preferred.
• PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards covering portfolio health, performance, financials, and resource utilization.
• Establish and maintain cadence-based PMO reporting aligned with financial, resource, and delivery governance metrics.
• Design and implement a value delivery framework across the dental portfolio.
• Support portfolio prioritization and investment alignment with PMO, business, and technology leaders.
• Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste, accelerate decision-making, and improve workflow.
• Align PMO processes and tools with lean portfolio management.
• Use Power BI for data visualization, reporting automation, and scalable analytics.
• Analyze portfolio data and provide leadership recommendations focused on value realization, delivery efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Maintain and improve PMO workflows, templates, and communication frameworks.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for PMO processes and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Automate reporting and data flows across PPM and Agile tools.
• Promote standardized tools and processes for consistent, scalable delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance PMO capabilities and align with business and dental portfolio priorities.
