Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end U.S. healthcare program implementations within the PMO.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery across operational, technical, and quality functions. The role requires exceptional leadership, executive communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• PMP certification current and maintained per PMI requirements.
• 8+ years PM experience leading complex U.S. healthcare programs.
• Hands-on HIPAA-compliant environment experience.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex U.S. healthcare programs.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure delivery and governance.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, tech, QA, and client services.
• Maintain RAID logs and manage scope changes with formal change control.
