Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager - PMO Lead to oversee large-scale projects and tenant improvements for a client account or portfolio. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, and reporting while supervising project managers and CAD operators.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 7+ years of project accountability experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory leadership. Expect cross-functional collaboration and strong client communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets/timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams; integrate related components (brokerage, building operations, MEP) as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise the Account Director and facilities team.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• May supervise Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD operators; manage performance and development.
• Provide documentation and reports to client and building/facility management teams.
• Coordinate with other personnel to achieve quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Provide approvals for organizational changes and expenditures exceeding budgets.
• May establish goals/timetables and hire/subordinate staff as needed.
• Train, develop, and discipline staff to meet objectives; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
