Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager - PMO Lead to oversee complex projects for designated client accounts and facilities. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and reporting across multiple project phases and teams.

The role requires 7+ years in engineering/construction project accountability, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior staff. A competitive benefits package and a performance-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area.
• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
• Assist in selecting and contracting consultants and construction teams; integrate related components as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise the Account Director and management.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• May supervise Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Provide documentation and reports to clients and facility teams.
• Coordinate with building/facility personnel to meet goals on quality, service, cost and profit.
• Report major problems and recommendations to the Account Director.
• Obtain approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond budget.
• May establish goals/timetables and hire/delegate/subordinates; train and appraise staff.
• Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
