Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Project Manager in the PMO within Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO). The role manages high-visibility initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with Product, Technology, Controls, Reporting, and Data Science teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will define success metrics, manage RAID, and deliver clear updates to senior leadership, while translating business needs into concrete technology and process requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies (PMI) and standard tools.
• Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency in financial services or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes.
• Experience leading technology-centric projects with data-driven impact analyses.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple strategic initiatives from inception through closure, including scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes.
• Define success criteria and track progress against milestones and performance measures.
• Create and execute project plans with milestones, tasks, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with stakeholders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to drive alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and feedback sessions to support execution.
• Translate business needs into clear technology and/or process requirements.
• Maintain and report on RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) with escalation planning.
• Produce weekly status reporting and provide updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with CTPO SMEs and cross-functional teams to prioritize work.
