Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead complex technology initiatives within the Securities Service Technology Project Execution team. You will drive end-to-end programs, collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage risks, and deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

You will work on modernization efforts, cloud adoption, and governance, coordinating with development, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Proven ability to drive full project lifecycle and influence decision makers.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency with engineering/infrastructure toolsets (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) and cloud adoption practices.
• Experience identifying risks and coordinating mitigation actions.
• Ability to produce clear status reporting and investigations.
• Experience in the Technology industry or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end project plans translating objectives into scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Drive delivery across concurrent projects and unblock teams to achieve outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technology, and operational risks with actionable strategies.
• Maintain a portfolio of project risks metrics aligned to cybersecurity and resiliency.
• Monitor dashboards and produce governance-ready updates for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, SRE and information security to fulfill requirements.
• Support modernization efforts including cloud adoption initiatives.
• Track project costs and progress for hardware and software upgrades.
• Influence stakeholders to resolve trade-offs and keep plans aligned to goals.
• Evaluate platforms/tools for effective implementations.
