Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied experience in technical project or program management.
• Strong communication and influencing senior stakeholders.
• End-to-end delivery experience across the project lifecycle.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical fluency with modern platforms and delivery concepts.
• Experience using AI capabilities in technical program workflows with validation.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and data handling expectations.
• Experience partnering with technology operations for production readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with internal customers to drive end-to-end delivery, including post-delivery readiness and maintenance planning.
• Facilitate clear decision-making through governance, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating appropriately and driving timely resolution.
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, product, and operations to define deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress against plan, adjust priorities and schedules, and manage dependencies across teams.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, ensuring data handling compliance.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance artifacts and reporting with human review.
