JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-visibility initiatives within the Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO) program. You will plan, manage, and deliver projects end-to-end, coordinating with product, technology, controls, reporting, and data science teams.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years leading complex projects.
• Experience with PMI or similar project management methodologies.
• Experience enabling process improvement and operational efficiency in financial services/tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic initiatives from inception through closure with clear scope and timelines.
• Define success criteria and track milestones and performance measures.
• Create and execute project plans with milestones, tasks, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Lines of Business to drive alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and feedback forums for successful execution.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology/process requirements.
• Maintain RAID logs with escalation and mitigation planning, and report weekly to senior management.
• Coordinate with CTPO SMEs and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and deliver.
• Communicate progress and updates to executives and key stakeholders.
