Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced transformation leaders to drive AI-enabled, enterprise-scale changes. You will manage PMO/TMO functions, align stakeholders, and deliver governance, planning, and value realization across complex programs.

Join a team leveraging AI-driven analytics and innovative methods to enhance decision-making, transparency, and execution in client transformations. Prior experience in consulting and with PMO tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP, digital, operating model, AI, or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience with target operating model (TOM) design, transformation governance, organizational change, or value realization.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project and program management certification.
• Experience working with PMO tooling ecosystems including Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
• Consulting experience within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and Transformation Management Office (TMO) functions for complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive Steering Committees, leadership forums, and decision-making processes.
• Develop and oversee integrated program plans, ensuring alignment across workstreams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on program governance, execution strategy, and delivery performance.
• Lead executive reporting, program communications, and performance management activities.
• AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, governance, and operational efficiency.
