Qualifications

• 2-5 years of consulting, PMO, TMO, program management, or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience preparing executive communications and leadership reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.

Responsibilities

• As a PMO Transformation Consultant, you will support complex transformation programs by applying structured program management practices, governance disciplines, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• You will work closely with client leaders, transformation offices, and delivery teams to drive execution and visibility across multiple workstreams.
• Support enterprise transformation programs through governance, coordination, and execution management.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across workstreams.
• Manage RAID logs and facilitate risk, issue, dependency, and decision management processes.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and Steering Committee materials.
• Support Transformation Management Office (TMO) and PMO functions, including governance and performance reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Support value realization tracking, KPI monitoring, and benefits management initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums while documenting actions and decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and program coordination
