Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX is seeking a PMO Transformation Consultant to help clients deliver large-scale business and technology transformations using governance, integrated planning, and AI-enabled reporting.

You will support Transformation Management Office (TMO) and PMO functions, develop executive dashboards, manage dependencies, and liaise with senior leaders to drive value realization and risk management across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• AI literacy including generative AI tools and ethical, secure governance.
• 2-5 years of consulting, PMO, TMO, program management, or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience preparing executive communications and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support complex transformation programs by applying structured program management practices, governance, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Support enterprise transformation programs through governance, coordination, and execution management.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across workstreams.
• Manage RAID logs and facilitate risk, issue, dependency, and decision management processes.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and Steering Committee materials.
• Support Transformation Management Office (TMO) and PMO functions, including governance and performance reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Support value realization tracking, KPI monitoring, and benefits management initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums while documenting actions and decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and program coordination
