Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Transformation Consultant to lead governance, program controls, and execution across large‑scale transformation programs. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, visibility, and measurable outcomes.

You will apply AI‑enabled tools to improve reporting, risk management, and steering‑committee materials while driving value realization and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting, PMO, TMO, program management, or transformation experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting or leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience working with PMO tooling ecosystems including Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead governance activities, drive program controls, and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Own RAID processes, including risk identification, issue escalation, dependency management, and resolution tracking.
• Produce executive-level dashboards, status reports, and Steering Committee materials.
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Monitor program performance, delivery health, and transformation outcomes through data-driven reporting and analysis.
