Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• 10 years of project management experience
• 5 years of experience managing others
• Experience owning large-scale multi-year programs ($25M+) with executive visibility
• Experience managing vendor resources and complex vendor relationships
• Proven ability to operate at the executive/senior leadership level with risk escalation and decision support
• Experience with Agile/SAFe governance at scale preferred

Responsibilities

• Control planning and execution of projects, programs, portfolios and PMO activities to meet cost, time and quality goals
• Lead project and program management knowledge, tools and techniques to deliver outcomes
• Define and operate within parameters using proven PM methodologies
• Define demand and delivery parameters using best practices
• Lead a team of project and program managers
• Perform other duties as assigned
