Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Director of the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) to drive execution and alignment of a broad project portfolio across the network. The role leads the intake, execution, and measurement of initiatives, ensuring alignment with EPMO strategies and organizational goals.

The Director will shape EPMO processes, standardize tool sets, and collaborate with business leaders to optimize project delivery across IT and business domains in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related work experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading and/or developing business process lifecycle management required.
• 7+ years project/program management with standardized tool-set required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of executing and aligning projects across the network within the EPMO.
• Facilitate intake requests, monitor projects, and measure results for the program.
• Lead Project Managers and staff to ensure adherence to standards and budgets.
• Partner with leadership to align EPMO strategies with organizational objectives.
