Grow Therapy in New York is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the provider side of our product marketing. You will sit at the intersection of Product and Marketing, partnering with Product, Design, and Growth to shape how provider-facing features are brought to market and adopted by thousands of therapists.

This high-ownership role combines GTM strategy, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing, preferably at startup or high-growth.
• Owned GTM end-to-end, from positioning to launch execution.
• Hands-on email and in-product marketing experience.
• Strong cross-functional partner with user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute go-to-market strategy for provider-facing launches, including positioning, messaging, and collateral.
• Develop and maintain provider segmentation and persona frameworks.
• Partner with Product to translate feature releases into clear narratives for providers.
• Own provider-facing marketing channels and lifecycle touchpoints across email, in-product, and community.
