Grow Therapy is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Billing Experience team, owning a charter to build a best-in-class billing experience that gives clients confidence to start and continue care. You will define the product vision and roadmaps, partnering with engineering, design, data, and operations to turn complexity into clarity.

You will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, define what best-in-class means, and deliver an experience that differentiates Grow in healthcare,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management owning end-to-end lifecycle.
• Ability to launch 0-1 features in ambiguous spaces.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent prioritization to balance short-term and long-term bets.
• User empathy and ability to translate pain points into solutions.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and learning quickly.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication across levels.
• Own outcomes and measure impact, not just outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and strategy for Payments Experience, improving insurance and payments flow.
• Collaborate with UXR, Design, Client Support, and Data to identify opportunities.
• Define end-to-end experience removing friction in insurance and payments.
• Launch features with measurable impact on retention and experience.
