Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own new products and business offerings in payor and EAP spaces. You will shape strategy, manage partnerships, and drive product execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments, and deliver measurable impact across Grow's payer and employer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Staff-level Product Manager with end-to-end surface ownership.
• Healthcare experience and interest in solving hard problems.
• Defined direction in high-ambiguity space before.
• Role blends strategy, partnerships and product execution.
• Owning outcomes rather than only outputs.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams delivering impactful products.
• Excellent communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the next phase of Grow's strategic payor partnership roadmap.
• Define the product vision and MVP for the next generation EAP offering.
• Design the full client/employer/payor pathway within Grow's systems.
• Partner with the VP of Corporate Development on payor/employer models.
• Navigate authorizations, contracts and payor requirements.
• Shape an early-stage offering with strategic and product vision.
