Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Product Manager for New Models & Markets to own payor and EAP offerings, deepen payor partnerships, and craft a new B2B category for employers. The role blends strategy, partnerships, and product execution in a fast-paced health-tech environment.

You will shape system-wide product strategy, collaborate with executives, and guide the build from vision to launch, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Staff-level Product Manager with end-to-end ownership.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and curiosity about solving hard problems.
• Experience blending strategy, partnerships, and product execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Payor and Employer partnership roadmap and strategy.
• Define MVPs for new payor/EAP offerings and build on early customers.
• Design system-level workflows across client, employer, and payor journeys.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape new B2B offerings for employers.
