Payscale seeks a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to own a critical product area and shape go-to-market strategies in a remote-first setup. Qualifications

7+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience owning full-cycle product launches with cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to connect product capabilities to revenue outcomes and market strategy.
Proven track record building messaging frameworks that differentiate products.
Executive presence and ability to influence Sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
