Job summary

Immersive Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and sales enablement for Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience. You will translate complex cyber capabilities into clear, sales-ready stories and train the sales team from day one.

Fully remote, UK/US candidates welcomed. You’ll ramp reps, develop positioning across solution areas, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to land collateral and training that drive growth.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience building and delivering training/ramp programs for sales teams.
Ability to translate technical product capability into simple, compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

Own messaging training and ramp programs for sales fluency.
Develop positioning across multiple solution areas based on market and competitive insight.
Build sales-ready collateral: battlecards, one-pagers, decks, and objection guides.
Collaborate with Product Management to translate roadmap into consumable content.
Support product launches end-to-end with trained sales teams.
Gather feedback from sales to sharpen training and content.
Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs.
