Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager for Document Management to guide agent-led content creation, editing, and gap assessments. You’ll drive AI-powered workflows to streamline compliance documentation and audit readiness, partnering with design and engineering to build reliable, explainable agent experiences.

You will collaborate across teams to understand customer needs, translate them into actionable product requirements, and help scale our security and GRC offerings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B and AI products.
• Strong technical chops with experience shipping AI products and prompts.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to synthesize feedback and drive GTM collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic document, policy, and procedure creation workflows and gap assessments.
• Lead development of agent workflows for recommendations and actions.
• Translate customer needs into clear Agent experiences addressing compliance challenges.
• Collaborate with design/engineering on interaction patterns across chat and automation.
• Deliver high-quality products that position the company as a leader in AI-powered GRC solutions.
• Help shape the product team culture as the company grows.
