Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6–10 years Water/Wastewater construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, financial oversight, client relations and business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple or large-scale projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Mentor Project Managers and project teams; ensure performance.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow and risk.
• Develop executive-level client relationships and support business development.
• Drive process improvements and staffing planning; ensure safety and quality.
