Job summary

IDnow is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Core, to own the orchestration and decisioning logic, the no-code Studio, and governance that makes the platform trustworthy and scalable. You will bridge Engineering, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams to deliver a robust core and transparent developer experience.

This role is based in Berlin/Munich, Germany or Rennes/Paris, France and requires guiding a complex stakeholder environment while translating

Qualifications

• 3+ years product management at an API-based SaaS company.
• Strong mix of execution and long-term strategy.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience with platforms, orchestration engines, and developer-facing products.
• Focus on developer experience through APIs, SDKs, and docs.

Responsibilities

• Own the core engine and tooling of the Trust Platform.
• Drive no-code Studio interface improvements for non-technical users.
• Ensure governance, audit logs, and transparency for decisions.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Translate long-term platform vision into a prioritized actionable roadmap.
