Job summary

IDnow Group is seeking a Product Owner for Trust Services to lead product direction, backlog, and outcomes across a high-security digital identity portfolio. You will work with a Scrum team to translate regulatory, operational, and engineering input into a clear product goal and actionable increments that meet security, privacy, and auditability requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Ownership, Technical PM or similar with backlog responsibility.
• Experience with Scrum or agile delivery models and defining product backlog items.
• Strong technical fluency in software products and integrations (APIs, data models, security).
• Experience translating regulatory and security requirements into product work.
• Knowledge of data privacy, auditability and lifecycle considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product goal, roadmap and backlog.
• Drive Scrum outcomes and support planning and reviews.
• Define user journeys, APIs, data states and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, QA and Operations on service boundaries and performance.
• Own data, integration and lifecycle design including authentication and encryption.
• Support releases, migrations and feature flags.
• Translate regulation into product decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions to align team goals and compliance.
