Job summary

IDnow, a leader in digital identity, seeks a (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Modules, to own platform capabilities, orchestration, APIs, dashboards and data layer. You will bridge market needs with engineering, data, design and analytics, shaping a strategic, market-facing role across Berlin/Munich, Germany.

You will work closely with Sales, Solutions, Marketing and other teams to define viable use cases, evaluate vendors and drive end-to-end integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience bringing new SaaS products to market, coordinating GTM activities and pricing.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own platform capabilities for the Trust Platform, including orchestration model and APIs.
• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycles for signals and vendors.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and RFP processes to ensure state-of-the-art tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Marketing and other teams to identify market needs.
• Own dashboards and analytics features within the Trust Platform.
• Design unified data schemas for consistent signal definitions.
• Enable internal teams to navigate and value the platform.
