Job summary

K&A Power Group in Berlin, Connecticut, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead transmission asset capital projects. You will focus on early scoping, asset-condition identification, and aligning capital planning with construction-ready deliverables.

A strong emphasis on cost control and stakeholder coordination is essential. Applicants should meet the experience requirements, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel MA/CT/NH.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in related roles with at least 3 years in project management.
• Master’s degree is preferred; project management coursework desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel MA/CT/NH may be needed.
• Available for emergency restoration assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal/external resources to support project scope (engineering, planning, permitting, scheduling).
• Drive project schedule, manage scope, and control costs.
• Develop siting and contract documents; review RFIs and submittals.
• Prepare project cost sheets and present to Owner executives.
• Lead meetings, track actions, and coordinate change management with Owner and contractors.
