HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electric transmission routing and siting efforts across regional projects in the North Central US. You will guide teams, coordinate with utilities and stakeholders, and drive defensible site selection with a focus on deadlines and budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory engagement, expert witness support, and delivering high-quality client deliverables in HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop buildable routing and siting solutions for electric transmission projects.
• Lead project teams including utility staff and consultants.
• Engage with government agencies, regulators, communities and landowners.
• Prepare testimony and technical documentation for route and site selection.
• Monitor project scope, schedule and budget.
