Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide complex tenting and live-event installations from site survey to final strike. You will serve as the technical authority in client and production meetings, balancing customer vision with site conditions, safety, and profitability.

This is a hands-on, operations-forward role requiring CAD drawing coordination and strong vendor management. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate with operations and vendors, and drive project planning, scheduling,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tenting, temporary structures, event-production installations, or related technical field.
• Experience coordinating engineering drawings and permitting.
• Ability to explain technical recommendations to customers, venues, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery meetings and comprehensive site surveys.
• Evaluate access, grade, ground conditions, utilities, and installation requirements.
• Recommend tent and temporary-structure solutions and guest-flow improvements.
• Produce or coordinate scaled layouts and technical drawings using CAD tools.
• Coordinate stamped engineering drawings when required.
• Prepare and manage permitting and compliance documentation.
