Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for tenting and temporary event structures in Everett, WA. This on-site role oversees largest tented events, from site walks through install and strike, handling a multi‑million-dollar portfolio of repeat events.

You’ll blend technical leadership with revenue growth, report to the Group VP, and influence crews on-site without direct reports. A strong background in event structures, scheduling, and vendor coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running complex, deadline-driven projects with site work.
• Strong sequencing and scheduling skills to build install/strike timelines.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and leading field crews.
• Ability to read and produce scaled layouts (CAD, Bluebeam, Vectorworks).
• Calm, confident communication style; able to present to executives.
• Local to the Seattle/Everett area or willing to relocate.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery meetings and site surveys covering access, egress, grade, ground conditions, utilities, equipment routes and venue rules.
• Recommend tenting solutions, including frame vs structure, flooring, anchoring, and guest-flow upgrades.
• Build rough budgets, detailed plans, layouts, and drawings (CAD/Vectorworks/AutoCAD) or coordinate with a drafter.
• Manage permitting and compliance documentation (egress, occupant load, flame certificates, clearances).
• Partner with operations and warehouse on labor, equipment, trucking, staging, sequencing and timelines.
• Coordinate with venues and vendors to keep schedules aligned.
• Provide on-site leadership during installs and strikes, overseeing sequencing, safety and problem solving.
• Handle security badges and clearances for restricted sites.
• Identify upsell opportunities on repeat events and new business.
• Maintain job files, change documentation and post-event debriefs.
