You will act as the technical authority for clients and internal teams, ensuring safety, buildability, and profitability in repeat annual events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in temporary structures, event production, or construction project management.
• Strong project planning, logistics, scheduling, and vendor-management skills.
• Experience developing technical layouts/drawings and coordinating engineering or permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery meetings and site surveys.
• Evaluate site conditions, access, utilities, and venue requirements.
• Recommend tenting/temporary structures, flooring, anchoring, and guest-flow solutions.
