Job summary

CORT Party Rental is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex tenting and temporary-structure events from site survey to install and strike. This technical, operations-forward role supports high-production builds and repeat annual events, with growth opportunities through upsells and new wins.

You will be the technical authority in meetings, balancing client goals with safe, buildable, and business-friendly outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tenting/temporary structures, event production installs, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery meetings and site surveys, coordinating access, utilities, and venue rules.
• Produce or coordinate layouts (CAD/Vectorworks/AutoCAD) and coordinate engineering as needed.
• Oversee permitting/compliance and work with venues for egress and safety requirements.
• Lead on-site during installs/strikes, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand repeat events while protecting margins.
