CORT Party Rental is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex tenting and temporary-structure events from site survey to install and strike. This role balances customer needs with safety, buildability, and company goals, and offers opportunities to grow scope through upsells and high‑production builds.

The position is highly technical, field‑connected, and involves travel and peak-season hours. A strong background in construction PM, staging/rigging, or live event production is a plus,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tenting/temporary structures or related fields.
• Strong operational planning, sequencing and logistics skills.
• Ability to produce/coordinate layouts in CAD/Vectorworks/AutoCAD.
• Calm, decisive communicator in high-visibility client environments.
• Self-directed with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery meetings and site surveys.
• Recommend tent solutions and guest flow improvements.
• Produce or coordinate layouts (CAD/Vectorworks/AutoCAD) and coordinate engineering as needed.
• Manage permitting/compliance documentation for venues.
• Plan pre‑production with Operations/Warehouse leadership.
• Coordinate on-site with venues/vendors to align schedules.
• Provide on-site leadership during installs/strikes and problem solve.
• Coordinate security badging for restricted sites when required.
• Identify repeat-event improvements and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate job files and lead post‑op debriefs.
