Rosenthal Search Partners is partnering with a growing construction organization to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager in its renewable energy business. You will own the delivery of a major utility-scale energy project, coordinating engineering, procurement, field operations and subcontractors, with a defined path to Director-level leadership and participation in an employee-ownership program.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project and field teams.
• Experience with EPC/Design-Build or major construction contractor.
• Delivery of large utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a major utility-scale energy project across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate project teams, field operations, engineering, procurement and subcontractors.
• Manage project financial performance, forecasting, cost control and schedule.
• Provide leadership with a view toward Director-level responsibility.
