Rosenthal Search Partners is partnering with a growing construction organization to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager within its renewable energy business.
This is an opportunity for an established project leader to take ownership of the delivery of a major utility‑scale energy project while positioning themselves for a significant leadership role as the business continues to grow.
The opportunity is particularly well suited to someone who has spent their career in EPC, Design‑Build or self‑perform construction and wants more than simply moving from one project to the next.
You will have responsibility for a major project and work across the full lifecycle of delivery, coordinating project teams, field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors and key external stakeholders.
Alongside the immediate project responsibility, there is a defined opportunity to progress into Director‑level leadership over the next 1–2 years for someone who performs successfully.
The company also operates an employee‑ownership program, giving employees the opportunity to participate in the long‑term value they help create.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record delivering complex construction projects and ideally bring:
The attraction here is the combination of major project responsibility, employee ownership and career progression.
The client is specifically looking for someone who can successfully lead significant projects now but has the capability and ambition to step into broader leadership as the organization continues to expand.
For the right individual, the intention is for this position to provide a pathway toward Director‑level responsibility within approximately 1–2 years.
