Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager in Plano, TX. You will oversee 8–15 branch renovations, ATM installations, and facility upgrades, coordinating architects, contractors, and client executives to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will lead design development, budgeting, and schedule control while maintaining strong relationships with bank clients and regulatory bodies to meet banking standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on PM experience in design and construction across all phases.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Proven budgets, schedules, and change order management experience.
• Excellent communication with C-level clients, senior management, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–15 concurrent projects through concept to closeout across multiple locations.
• Develop budgets using historical data and market intelligence; monitor expenditures.
• Create and maintain master schedules using MS Project or Primavera; manage critical paths.
• Act as primary client contact, align stakeholders, and ensure clear communication.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and oversee contractor performance for quality and compliance.
• Guide design phases with reviews and approvals; ensure ADA and banking code compliance.
• Prepare project documentation, risk plans, and closeout packages.
