Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Senior PM to lead the prepaid cards product area, owning end-to-end development, issuance at scale, fraud prevention, and lifecycle management. You will work with banks, card networks, processors, and wallet providers while also owning the roadmap and prioritizing initiatives.

This is a fully remote role across the Americas with a strong emphasis on async collaboration and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
• 2+ years as a PM in startup environments (ideally growth-stage).
• Experience with card products (prepaid, debit, credit, or similar).
• Strong product intuition and ability to see right solutions.
• Strong design judgment and technical fluency.
• Ability to translate long-term strategy and large feature backlogs into roadmaps.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable making decisions without perfect information and moving work forward.
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own prepaid cards end-to-end, including issuance at scale and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with banks, card networks, processors, and wallet providers.
• Manage our product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Frame problems and explain them to engineers and designers.
• Conduct research through user interviews, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Work with designers and engineers to devise and select solutions.
• Collaborate in an async, non-meeting culture and drive decisions.
• Report back on impact after shipping features.
