Affi… is seeking a Senior Product Manager to improve how customers pay, working across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships. You will lead discovery through launch, focusing on customer experience and payment efficiency in a remote-first environment.

We’re looking for a data-driven, cross-functional leader who can translate insights into a clear roadmap, while balancing performance and risk with a customer‑first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor: comfortable with data and experiments.
• Curiosity about customers and ability to identify pain points.
• Ability to discuss systems and tradeoffs with engineers.
• Track record from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong communication and influence across teams, without formal authority.
• Bonus for payments/fintech/e-commerce experience.

Responsabilités

• Improve how customers pay with Affi… with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Uncover where paying breaks down through research and data.
• Create new payment experiences from discovery to launch.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion and cost.
• Shape how payments are processed safely and cost‑effectively.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design and Partnerships.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap with senior leadership alignment.
