Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance consumer payments experiences and drive cross‑functional outcomes. You’ll partner with design, engineering, analytics, finance, and partnerships to shape safe, cost‑effective payment flows.

You’ll own discovery through launch, using data and customer insight to inform prioritization, and will operate in a remote‑first environment with flexible in‑person options as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Analytical rigor; use data and customer research for decisions.
• Curiosity about customers and how experiences break down.
• Experience discussing system tradeoffs with engineers.
• Track record from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Clear communication and influence across teams, including senior leaders.
• Bonus: experience in payments, fintech, or e‑commerce.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affi… by creating new payment experiences.
• Uncover where paying breaks down through research and data.
• Collaborate with Design and Analytics from discovery to launch.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion and cost.
• Shape payment processing for safety and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to evaluate opportunities.
• Drive an ambitious roadmap with high‑impact bets and senior leadership alignment.
