Job summary

Amazon is scaling a proactive maintenance program for its Middle Mile fleet, leading a data-driven PM strategy to maximize uptime and reduce costs. The role requires coordinating across Operations, Finance, and vendors, building AI-driven dashboards, and delivering end-to-end PM initiatives.

The candidate will own multi-year PM roadmap, balance shop capacity, and drive reliability outcomes with measurable metrics across tractors, trailers, and other assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the PM strategy and roadmap across multiple asset classes with aligned targets.
• Drive reliability metrics (uptime, compliance, MTBF) using data insights.
• Balance workload with demand and shop capacity to keep maintenance on schedule.
• Develop reliability tooling and AI-driven dashboards to surface failure trends.
• Hold vendors and OEMs accountable with data-driven scorecards.
• Influence across Operations, Finance, and senior leadership.
