Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Middle Mile to own trailer uptime across the fleet and drive cost-optimization initiatives. You will partner with technical teams and leadership to deliver end-to-end improvements, manage multiple priorities, and communicate results clearly.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Knowledge of general AI tools.
Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

Own and manage overall trailer uptime across the Middle Mile fleet.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.
Develop and execute cost optimization initiatives and vendor pricing agreements.
Navigate ambiguous problems and drive projects forward with autonomy.
