Job summary

Amazon's Middle Mile Fleet Management is seeking a Sr. Fleet Reliability Lead to own reliability across multiple asset classes, driving root cause analysis and vendor performance improvement through data-driven programs.

You will define KPIs, build reporting, and lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, operations, and internal customers to raise asset uptime and reduce maintenance costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.
• Experience in design & innovation and research & development.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
• Ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Identify top contributors to asset downtime and mitigate failure patterns to improve fleet reliability.
• Provide end-to-end program management: define plans, manage implementation, and document processes.
• Author whitepapers for buy-in and provide status updates on milestones.
• Identify KPIs and build a reporting suite for scalable program management.
• Serve as SME for assigned assets and support internal customers and partners.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to drive root-cause and corrective actions for customer experience.
