Amazon's Middle Mile Fleet Management is expanding the preventive maintenance program to raise asset uptime and reduce total cost of ownership. You will own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution, collaborating across Operations, Finance, and vendor networks to drive reliable, scalable maintenance.

The role emphasizes leveraging data to identify trends, align teams, and deliver measurable improvements at Amazon scale, with strong leadership and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the PM strategy and roadmap for preventive maintenance across the Middle Mile fleet
• Drive reliability outcomes by tracking key metrics and enabling data-driven improvements
• Balance PM workload with network demand and shop capacity across the year
• Build AI-driven reliability tooling and dashboards to surface trends at scale
• Hold vendors and OEMs accountable through data-driven scorecards and audits
• Influence cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance and Leadership
