Job summary

ANA, Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the hybrid and electrified power portfolio. You will guide lifecycle stages, conduct VOC analysis, and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to shape strategy and go-to-market plans.

You will build business cases, define pricing, and track portfolio profitability while leading cross-functional teams to deliver market-ready solutions. Remote work is not indicated; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Systems) required.
• 6+ years in Product Management or Program Leadership in PowerGen, Energy Storage, or Electrification.
• Experience with OEMs, rental companies, or distributed energy providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the hybrid and electrified product portfolio strategy for power generation.
• Build and execute the 3–5 year product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business cases: TAM, pricing, cost targets, ROI.
• Lead New product Phase Gate from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain on launches.
