Job summary

ANA, based in Henderson, NV, seeks a Systems Engineer to help translate stakeholder needs into clear product functions and system requirements for next-generation hybrid power generation and energy systems. This onsite role supports concepts through validation, prototype integration, and production release, collaborating across electrical, mechanical, controls, and thermal domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or closely related engineering.
• 3+ years of product-development, systems-engineering, or related technical experience in automotive, industrial equipment, controls, energy systems, or a comparable environment.
• Foundational ability to contribute to system requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria, interface definitions, and supporting technical documentation.
• Exposure to DFMEA, design-risk reviews, or similar structured product-development activities, with the ability to contribute effectively under guidance.
• Full-time, on-site presence at our Henderson, NV facility.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level product functions, use cases, operating modes, state transitions, and expected behaviors for new products and major updates.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, measurable, and verifiable system requirements and specifications, including performance budgets and operating limits.
• Allocate system requirements to electrical, mechanical, controls/software, thermal, and other subsystems; identify owners, dependencies, and open decisions.
