ANA, based in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the hybrid and electrified product portfolio strategy for power generation. This onsite role requires close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to balance performance, cost, and scalability.

You will guide lifecycle management, develop business cases, analyze VOC, and lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market while driving profitability and market relevance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Systems).
• MBA or Master’s preferred for strategic leadership and business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Own the hybrid and electrified product portfolio strategy for power generation.
• Build and execute a 3–5-year product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the New product Phase Gate process from concept to production.
