Job summary

ANA in Henderson, NV is seeking a versatile Powertrain Systems Engineer to join our onsite team. You will lead hands-on testing, engine integration, and validation of diesel engines within our generators and hybrid energy systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience, strong thermodynamics and engine dynamics knowledge, and collaboration with design and manufacturing. Onsite schedule is weekdays 8am–5pm; competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience in testing, validation, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Engine integration, validation, and performance tuning on generators.
• On-floor testing and diagnostics under extreme conditions.
• Documentation of BOMs, SOPs, and test logs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and PM.
