Job summary

Félix in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the orchestration platform for remittance flows, handling routing, compliance checks, payouts, reconciliation and retries. This senior role focuses on the platform layer to enable future products built on top of the orchestration engine.

You will partner with engineering, compliance and finance to define contracts, observability tooling, SLAs, and time-to-resolution metrics, while balancing platform reliability and investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with strong platform ownership
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Experience in payments/remittance or banking domains
• Exceptional written communication required
• Direct comfort with data and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Define platform boundaries, guarantees and non-goals
• Own sequencing for multi-product roadmap and migration
• Define contracts for workflows, idempotency and retries; ensure observability
• Lead platform roadmap and balance reliability with platform investment
• Collaborate with operations, compliance and finance on architecture decisions
