Félix is hiring a Senior Product professional to own the orchestration platform that underpins its remittance flow. You will shape contracts, workflows, and observability to enable multi-product growth while maintaining reliability and compliance.

Based in the US, you will work on a cross-functional platform team, partnering with engineering and finance to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions. This role offers equity and a fully remote work model with future hybrid plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years owning a platform, infrastructure, API, or backend product whose primary customers were other engineering teams.
• Strong grounding in distributed-systems concepts: asynchronous processing, eventual consistency, at-least-once delivery, idempotency, compensation versus rollback.
• Payments, remittance, banking, ledger or transaction-processing experience.
• Exceptional written communication. Your specs and contracts will be the reference others depend on.
• Direct comfort with data: querying, reading dashboards, investigating anomalies.
• A track record of saying No to powerful internal stakeholders and being right often enough.

Responsibilities

• Define the orchestration platform boundaries, guarantees, and non-goals.
• Own sequencing and core changes before a second product can onboard.
• Define contracts teams build against—workflow interfaces, idempotency, retry and compensation semantics.
• Run the platform engineering team's roadmap and balance remittance reliability with platform investment.
• Represent the platform to operations, compliance and finance; collaborate with architecture decisions.
