Job summary

Félix is seeking a PM for the Payouts Platform to own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how money moves from the US to LatAm and beyond. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, treasury, and business teams to deliver fast, reliable, and low-cost payouts across multiple markets.

The role requires 5+ years in product management with payments experience, platform/API ownership, and a track record with payout rails. Remote-friendly with hybrid options across US offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• Platform and API experience with internal/external consumers.
• Knowledge of payout rails and partners and LatAm rails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform.
• Build a self-serve platform that serves multiple product teams.
• Expand reach across markets and rails including instant payments, wallets, cash networks, and crypto rails.
• Shape partner strategy and evaluate payout providers for integration and routing decisions.
• Improve routing, validation, and cost efficiency of payouts.
• Reduce manual work by automating failed and returned payouts and increasing real-time visibility.
• Ensure compliance, funding, and supportability across teams.
• Define service levels and report on payout success, speed and cost.
