Félix seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own the Payouts Platform, shaping vision, roadmap and outcomes for money movement across US markets. You will drive a shared, self-serve platform used by multiple products, expanding reach to Latin America and beyond while partnering with Compliance, Treasury and Business Development teams to accelerate go‑live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• You've owned a product whose main customers were other teams or developers.
• Understanding payout rails and partners, including settlement timing and SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform.
• Build a platform reused by multiple products with self-serve capabilities.
• Expand reach across markets and rails, including instant payments and crypto rails.
• Define partner requirements and evaluate payout providers with cross-functional teams.
• Improve routing, validation and cost efficiency for payouts.
• Reduce manual work and provide real-time payout visibility.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Treasury and product teams on end-to-end payout experience.
• Set and report on service commitments, reliability and performance.
